Important Note Regarding Financial Data: FAR QR does not store Your credit card details, bank account numbers, or financial information on its servers. All payment transactions are processed securely by the third-party payment processor, PayPal. You provide Your financial information directly to PayPal, whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Delete Your Personal Data (Right to be Forgotten)

You have the right to delete or request assistance in deleting the Personal Data that has been collected about You.

Currently, the Service does not support an automated “Delete Account” button. However, Your right to be forgotten is fully respected.

How to Request Deletion: Requests for the permanent deletion of Your account and personal data may be sent via email to farqr.com@gmail.com. The request will be processed manually within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days) in compliance with applicable laws (GDPR/CCPA).

Please note, however, that certain information may need to be retained when there is a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so (e.g., transaction records for tax and accounting purposes).
